What does a catch can do???

    Can someone explain what a catch can does?

    I run one on the HEMI on my Ram 1500, I have not installed one on the Scat.

    does the pcv tie back in on the V6 before or after the Throttle body?

    even though I have not put one on my ram I feel a catch can is more beneficial in that type of instance because it ties in before or directly into the throttle body

    I believe the cup holds about 3 ozs. Cleaned it out yesteeday. It was half full.
