    Stainless tubes update, Received replies from 3 sources Universal Tubes want minimun 15,000 piece order per tube per year scratch them, Stainless tubes claim to need between 500 & 3000 per tube to prototype parts and want payment before production, so they are out. Detroit tube no reply as yet.

    Custom Concepts wants to have a meet and review OEM parts before agreeing. Meeting will be set week of Sept 5 He said he wants to make sure it fits into their scope of business but sounds very interested. Could be the one sounds promising.

    Really !!! rated at 1108 Bhp just shy of 100,000.00 per HP. They could have put any stereo system in it but they decided to make there own for 1/2 million. from drawing board to build 7 years. the 1 owner was asked to compare his Ferrari / Vernon / Mazzerati to it and he said they were not as fast as the M1 . can you imagine.

    Kinda out of our class range, I said earlier they made 16 cars and 1 was totalled but they only built 8 and now there are 7 left. Check You tube video of Rimac car Crash one lucky dude.

    Just got email from Custom Concepts re: stainless tubes Meeting set for 10 AM Friday Morning Now I have something to look forward to. Hope they take this on.

    Thanks, I have been searching for a company to make these tubes for a long time.

    The Cooling system plan:
    Stainless coolant transfer tubes
    Stainless radiator hose tubes
    Braided stainless heater hoses running to firewall T
    Stainless T fitting for heater hose to firewall
    Braided stainless hose to Pressure Tank and return
    Stainless pressure tank with weld in site glass
    Stainless power steering reservoir
    Braided stainless lines to PWR STRG Pump
    Polished power steering pump.
    Braided stainless lines to Power Steering cooler and return to Rack.
    Remove Radiator Plastic side tanks and weld in aluminum side tanks Polish Aluminum Radiator.
    Stainless Thermostat Housing. Mounted to a polished Aluminum Timing cover. Water Pump.

    That will complete the first stage of engine bay rebuild. Lots of Sparkle and shine.

    This should keep me busy through the winter

    Friday 2:08 PM back from meeting, Jeff at Custom Concepts has taken the parts I presented and will work out a cost quotation for the parts I left. He is very interested and willing to work with me. He needs a couple weeks to get all the info.
