I just modded the plate mounting location. Seems the dealer when they out the temp plate on stripped the right hole, It would thread in but not get tight. So I picked up a plate mounting kit from lowes. See here. So I had to cut the holes to square to accept the inserts. Just big enough for them to snap in place. A nice sharp exacto or utility knife. So now I can mount my plate securely and not have to worry about it at all. I used security torx screws so It won't come off
So now I have my plate mounted with a black chrome frame with a daytona sticker on it that i got from a local member for free.
