Since Brake dust is an issue, and generally cleaning wheels(outsides and barrels) and calipers is a pita, I decided to have my wheels taken off to have them ceramic coated. The fronts, backs, and barrels along with the calipers were coated with Ceramic Pro. This didn't make a drastic difference in looks when clean so I don't have pics, but the first time I clean them I will try to take video to show how easy they are to clean (hopefully lol)

I was not able to take video because I washed the wheels at a pay and spray car wash. However with the ceramic coating the wheels were all but dry when I got home and still clean. just rinsing them with water all but cleaned them.

if it has to be reapplied in 2 yrs or so then it should be a lot cheaper

That's what I've read too on the 5 year and lifetime, has to be reapplied at some point, usually 2-3 years from what I read. Guess it depends on the shop applying it and the Ceramic coating they are applying. only difference on the reapply is it is free
