Try Blacktop Graphix, that's where I got mine from, they have the dimension needed, I'd email them and ask, I'm sure they can do it..

The OEM one is put on same as the new chrome one, screwdriver up under one of the corners and pry it up and off
I used a little stubby screw driver and basically peeled it off, once it's started it comes off fairly easy.
I can't remember on the gas pedal, but I'm thinking that one stays on and the chrome one goes over it, but could be wrong.
