Has anyone used Regex on their car? I used it a couple of days ago and paint is slick & shiny. Better than any wax (It is a Polymer). Hood has some imperfections, can you clay over Rejex?
I’ve never heard of the stuff. Sounds like it’s a pretty good product. If you clay bar you will strip the Regex and anything else you might have put on.
Thanks, I sort of thought so. This stuff is really easy to apply. Rejex is a product mostly used on aircraft. You can buy on Amazon. Your car looks really slick but Rejex lasts at least 6 months. If you clean and apply to wheels, it will keep brake dust from sticking.
I have never heard of it before, but it appears to have been around for a while and gets good reviews. It's made by the people who make CorrosionX which is an awesome product that I use on our boat and trailer. Seems to be very similar to the Xzilon product on our Charger. Have you considered doing a ceramic coating?
looked it up on amazon. Seems like a decent product. There are a lot of Sealants out there now, and I bet a lot of them all perform similarly. I will agree that ceramic coating it great. It's pricey if you go the professional install level, but you can buy ceramic coating kits for DIY which still work. What I was told about the DIY kits is that they don't have near as much silica in them so they won't last as long.
That's why I mentioned the ceramic coating since yours turned out so well. It has me thinking about doing it on ours.
I've used it before on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, not long after I used it and went on a trip down to TN. After arriving at my Dad's house there I washed the Jeep to get all the bugs and stuff off, had quite a few bug stains that wouldn't come off and I tried everything to get them off, nothing worked and remained on there so needless to say didn't use it anymore.
