Oh, I was thinking the "I think there was a bad batch that went out for service" could be workers.

Today if the roads dry up I’m gonna try to get the car out for a drive. It has been sitting for about a week and it’s been cold so I will also see if remote start will works.

It remote started today after sitting in the cold for about a week and I got a nice highway drive in so it should be good. I just need to regularly get a good drive in to charge the battery back up

I think it might be worth investing in a batteryMINDer or similar unit to keep the battery charged if the car is going to be in the garage for a while.
Especially for those of you up north in the frigid temperatures.

would you hook it up right to the battery in the trunk or the posts under the hood?

My thought is to permanently connect the harness to battery,
the unit I'm looking at has a quick disconnect, so I would just unplug the unit from the trunk and go.

I suspect that for the desulfator process to work correctly, it may need to connected directly.

However, I have not looked into whether that would be a problem or not.

My thought is if you close the trunk to keep the light off you do two things....one kink the cord and two probably put a permanent impression in the trunk seals thus risking water leaking into the trunk
