Looking good! Thanks for the info on Facebook and leading me to here Butch... I'm trying to find all the part numbers for the 2019 stuff and will order it shortly... the only one I still need a part number for is the 2019 intake duct. Do you plan on using sheet metal and rivets or something to cover up the side of the airbox or leave it open? This sounds like a great test for my new powder coating machine!!

Welcome and thanks for joining. Hopefully tomorrow I can find that part number for the new design of the intake duct for you.

Yes at work I have access to a plasma table and sheet metal forming equipment so I’m going to fab up a piece to seal off the rest of the opening in the side of the air box.

Then I’m also going to make a lid out of sheetmetal with a design cut out of it with plexiglass to put on top to completely seal it off from the hot engine bay air.

    Powder coating machine you say?

I know everybody lost sleep last night waiting for this lol

So when I was taking the bumper off the plastic piece behind the hood latch with “CHARGER” on it has to come off also and just kind of snaps out. Well with it being cold and me not being careful it snapped into two pieces.

I ordered a new piece and decided to finally order the vinyl overlays for the Charger lettering. As they say, when something breaks, turn the fix into a mod.

Yea when I saw that JJ did his in red I knew that I would eventually do it. I found a link on eBay that had vinyl that is really close to octane red.
