Stock 392 Daytona Active exhaust

    matt if you did it you should have the straight pipes just clamped in so you can then easily clamp the muffler back in or welded back on in 3 years

    I don't have any pics......the mufflers I removed on the 392 where kept by the shop (whoops), and the HC ones had to go back on the 392......

    I don't think clamping will work.....its a hell of an offset on those.

    ahhh well that is a lot of work to then swap it back in 3 years

    I had mine removed for $100 on the HC. When I went back 3 weeks later to put the ones on the 392.....he charged me $75.

    So.......I hate to say it this way.....under $200 for 3 years of loud? DO IT. :banana-mario:

    Well depends on finding a reliable shop to do it. Otherwise it stays on. A flange thing might be worth it because putting back on I can do it.

    I'm not sure what I want to do,with that. I might do something like that instead. Make louder all the time.

    It removes the active exhaust actuator to the trunk and leaves the valves open all the time
